42. Luke

And Simon answered, “Master, we toiled all night and took nothing! But at your word I will let down the nets.”  (Luke 5:5)

The Holy Spirit descended on him in bodily form, like a dove; and a voice came from heaven, “You are my beloved Son; with you I am well pleased.”  (Luke 3:22)

“For nothing will be impossible with God.”  (Luke 1:37)

That repentance for the forgiveness of sins should be proclaimed in his name to all nations, beginning from Jerusalem.  (Luke 24:47)

By your endurance you will gain your lives.  (Luke 21:19)

“Blessed is the King who comes in the name of the Lord! Peace in heaven and glory in the highest!”  (Luke 19:38)

“The kingdom of God is in the midst of you.”  (Luke 17:21)

For this my son was dead, and is alive again; he was lost, and is found. And they began to celebrate.  (Luke 15:24 )

So therefore, any one of you who does not renounce all that he has cannot be my disciple.  (Luke 14:33)
